FAQs & Terms

  1. GroovyGrams will email customers on the schedule they choose, asking if there’s a message from them to their recipient. (Limit of 50 words.) If no reply is received in 24 hours, then a card with general good wishes will be mailed.
  2. All cards are hand written, in large, easy to read print, and mailed without any GroovyGrams identifying logos – just a generic return address.
  3. At this time, we are only able to mail cards within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
  4. We have no contracts; you can cancel at any time.
  5. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your personal information.
  6. Please be sure your devices do not view GroovyGrams communications as spam. Add our email to your address book, and please mark our reminders as not junk.
  7. All payments are due on the same date every month, based on the date of initial sign-up. Payments will be auto-withdrawn from the payment method provided. To cancel your subscription, please notify us by email.
  8. At this time we are not able to pro-rate payments to begin in the middle of a month.
  9. If payment is not received by the auto-renewal date, no cards will be mailed until payment is made.
  10. Our greeting cards are bought in bulk and vary in size and style. Our smallest size is 4×5 inches.
  11. If there is a 5th Monday in a month, no cards will be mailed that week.
  12. All cards are mailed first class USPS. Unfortunately, with the postal service, we cannot guarantee delivery date. Still, if you are having a problem we can help solve, please let us know.
