● Personalised products
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase from our website.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, images and pricing are accurate.
Because many products are handmade or customised:
● Colours may vary slightly from photographs.
● Handmade items may contain small variations.
● Screen settings may affect colour appearance.
These variations are not considered faults.
4. Orders
An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to:
● refuse an order;
● cancel an order due to pricing errors;
● cancel orders where products become unavailable;
● limit quantities purchased.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
Applicable taxes are included where required by Australian law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Groovy Grams is not responsible for delays caused by:

● Courier companies
● Customs
● Natural disasters
● Public holidays
● Events outside our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Custom and Personalised Products
Custom-made or personalised items are manufactured according to customer instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
● spelling;
● artwork;
● colours;
● names;
● dates;
● uploaded images;
● sizing;
are correct before placing an order.
Once production has commenced, custom orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose:
● a refund;
● a replacement; or
● compensation where permitted by law.
If a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited or excluded by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Change of Mind Returns
We may offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion.
To be eligible:
● the item must be unused;
● in original packaging;
● returned within 14 days;
● accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following cannot be returned for change of mind:
● personalised products;
● custom-made products;
● opened perfumes;
● opened reed diffusers;
● used jewellery;
● earrings (for hygiene reasons);
● products damaged after delivery.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Faulty Products
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us promptly with:
● your order number;
● photographs of the fault;
● a description of the issue.
We will assess the matter in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
● logos;
● branding;
● product designs;
● artwork;
● photographs;
● graphics;
● text;
is owned by Groovy Grams or licensed to us.
No material may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
13. User Conduct
You agree not to:
● misuse the website;

● upload malicious software;
● infringe intellectual property rights;
● engage in fraudulent activity.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groovy Grams is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it.
To the extent permitted by law, Groovy Grams’ total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of products is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
